It is a cosmetic procedure for look enhancement. It is done to reshape, enlarge the chin.

This is done in two ways:

Chin implant: Some incisions are made inside the mouth or down the chin to insert the chin implants mostly made of ePTFE and silicone.

Bone repositioning: It is done to cut the jaw bone and then to reposition to the correct position.
