Details of Breast Reduction

It is cosmetic procedure to reduce the size of breast removing excess fat, tissue and skin from the breasts. It is also known as reduction mammoplasty.

During the procedure, some incisions will be made at the areola and down to the underside of the breast to remove fatty tissues and skin to reduce the the size of each breast. The nipple is left untouched, but in some cases they need to be repositioned.
