He is recognized for the pioneering work with Micro ear surgeries, Cochlear Implant, FESS, Surgery for snoring, Nasal cosmetic surgeries, Phono surgeries, Head and Neck surgeries. He received extensive training  from  Georgia Ear Institute, Savannah, USA and Bionic Ear Institute, Melbourne, Australia.He attended several training courses in India and abroad. Apart from that , that he also served as a guest faculty in various national and International conferences, training workshops.
