Dr Saurabh Mishra is a well versed and highly exprienced medical professional having a wide and long years of exprience in the field.He has been preforming Minimal Access surgery and has over 8000 independent laparoscopic surgeries to his credit which includes routine surgeries like laparoscopic cholecystectomy, laparoscopic appendectomies and laparoscopic hernia surgeries with expertise in advanced hernia care including other advanced surgeries like laparoscopic weight loss procedures( Bariatric surgeries), laparoscopic spleen, adrenal, hepato-biliary, pancreatic and anti-reflux surgeries. He was the consultant and head of the general and minimal access surgery department at Appollo hospital Goa and was the first surgeon to operate the obesity and other advanced laparoscopic surgeries in the state.He has served as an assistant professor in the Mahatma Gandhi national institute of medical science as well.He has also presented numerous papers in national and international forums.
