Treatment of Bladder Slings

Three methods to treat the problem:

Retropubic: In which the doctor makes incision inside the vagina under urethra and two openings above the pubic bone for needle to pass through and uses a needle to pass the sling under urethra behind the pubic bone and performs the surgery with absorbable stitches.

Transobturator: The entire approach is the same as above mentioned except the sling passes in a different pathway from the retropubic method, but still placed under the urethra.

Single-incision mini: In which the doctor makes a small incision in the vagina to perform the procedure.
